Ebb & Flow Women’s Circle

Seek bold wisdom. Consciously release your ideals

It’s a season of optimism, bold honesty, and mental expansion.

Life is a constant ebb and flow of emotions, energy, and experiences. Being everything to everyone, holding it all together and missing a space to say what is truly on your heart.

How often do you have a space to pause, to feel, and say what is on your heart?
When was the last time you felt seen, heard and able to listen to your intuition?

Women’s Circle is that sacred space.

A women’s circle is a safe and sacred space for women to come together, share their experiences, and find support without judgment.

It’s an opportunity to connect with other women on a deep level, away from the demands of everyday life.

In this in person circle, we honor our own paths while celebrating the power of our collective journey.

Ebb & Flow Women’s Circle changes with the season.

Every month we focus on a different theme that aligns with the astrological season.  As we flow through each season, the energy shifts from Fire, Earth, Water and Air, repeating itself throughout the year. When we become attuned to the ever shifting energy, life begins to flow more freely and easily.

This Month's Theme

Embrace the Sagittarius Energy

Sagittarius invites us to look inward for higher wisdom and outward with fresh perspective. This powerful fire sign is the energy of the intuitive seeker and the philosophical guide.  It’s a time to trust your inner voice, challenge your assumptions, and discover new, expansive ways of thinking.

We will use this energy to activate our intuition, shift entrenched patterns, and broaden our mental horizons, creating an opportunity for profound perspective change and a more aligned, purposeful life.

Join us as we explore the far reaches of possibility and emerge with renewed inspiration and a clearer sense of direction.

  • Astrological update on what Sagittarius season brings energetically, specifically how it supports intuitive leaps and the willingness to see new truths.

  • A guided visualization to help us connect with our inner wisdom and shift our perspective on long-standing issues, creating space for radical insight.

  • Crystals to assist with optimism, clarity, and connecting to your higher mind as we seek out new truths and embrace mental freedom.

  • Journaling to get you thinking about what deeply held beliefs you are ready to question, what intuitive hit you are afraid to follow, and what an expanded perspective on your current challenges looks like to you.

  • Oracle cards to spark your intuition and deliver the messages you need to hear about truth, insight, and the next great mental paradigm shift.

You crave to be heard, seen and held.

Leave expectations at the door. You don’t need to be a meditation guru, or know astrology and crystals.
Just come as you are, with all your messy feelings, joyful moments and in whatever phase of life you’re in. I will guide you every step of the way as we ebb & flow through the evening together.

This is an intimate gathering to find our power, reveal hidden truths, and embrace rebirth.

This is your safe haven for honest release. We trade advice for listening and judgment for acceptance. This is a place for women who are tired of superficial fluff, craving a deeper connection, or simply needing to rest, relax, and release.

Your Host

Laurel Berube
Astrologer, Reiki Practitioner, Transpersonal Crystal Healer

Through my own experience of attending women's circles, energy healing and astrology, I know the power of women sitting together in sacred space with the understanding we are all on our own path.
Ebb & Flow Women's Circle is where I feel deep gratitude to be in service. Being witness to the transformation, rawness and power women have when given the opportunity to be heard is humbling and rewarding.
I have been through the dark with depression and anxiety and loss. I have been through the tunnel and reached for light.
I have been through the ebb and flow, healing, uncovering another layer and healing again.

I can sit in the shadows with you. I can walk beside you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to know how to meditate, astrology or about crystals?

Not at all! We do guided meditations that walk you through the whole process. This can include breathing techniques, imagery, sound baths, stories or music. If that doesn’t work for you, just lay there or sit and enjoy the quiet time. This is a space for you to explore your curiosity and intuition, and no prior knowledge of astrology or crystals is required.

Yes. Confidentiality is the foundation of our sacred space. Everything that is shared within the circle stays within the circle. This is how we build a container of trust and safety for all.

While sharing is important and where healing can begin, we understand that not everyone is comfortable. We hold space for everyone’s comfort and energy level. You are welcome to simply listen and be present.

Journal and pen. Blanket or meditation pillow optional. We do sit on the floor but can accommodate those who can’t.

It is important to note that the monthly gathering is not a therapy session, but rather a healing sanctuary. Participants are provided with a safe environment to express themselves authentically, knowing they are being seen and heard.

I encourage you to seek professional advice if necessary.

Signing up every month creates consistency and allows you to build and grow each month. We know schedules are ever changing and why registration is based monthly.

There are only 7 spots each month, so I recommend signing up as soon as possible.

Our space is down one flight of stairs with a railing. We know this may prevent some from attending and apologize for the inconvenience. We typically sit on the floor, but I do have chairs available if needed.
